Yes. Alongside our residential work we take on light commercial construction and tenant build-outs. We have done commercial and larger projects, and our permitting experience runs across the City of Houston and Montgomery, Harris and Liberty County.

Can you handle commercial permitting and inspections?
Yes. We already permit and pass inspections with the city, counties and MUDs on residential work, and we manage the commercial permitting and inspection process the same way.
Are you taking on larger jobs?
We are actively growing into larger and commercial work. If you have a project, we want to talk about it, and we will be honest about whether it is the right fit for us and for you.
