Home/Custom Homes
A custom home at the level you expect.
Not a plan off a shelf. An estate designed around your land and how you live, built by one team from the first walk of the property to the final walkthrough.
You decide. We build it properly.
Custom is not a package tier. It is the plan, the elevation, the materials and every finish, chosen with you and your designer, with the running budget in view the whole time.
- Transitional modern, Texas limestone and steel, modern farmhouse, traditional brick and stone
- Architect-drawn plans reviewed and priced as drawn, or a plan developed with you and your architect
- Steel windows and doors, stone and plaster, wide-plank oak, natural stone counters, unlacquered brass
- Outdoor living: covered terraces, outdoor kitchens, pools, guest houses, motor courts, shops
- Foundations engineered for Houston clay, spray-foam envelopes and HVAC sized for Texas summers
- Line-item budget and written schedule before construction starts, weekly updates during it

Walkthrough and warranty
A punch list walked together before you close, and a warranty with a builder who still answers the phone.

Real materials, installed right.
The difference between a home that photographs well and a home that lives well is what is behind the plaster and how carefully the visible parts go in: tile laid dead straight, stone with real mortar joints, steel windows set true, oak floors that still look right in twenty years. We care about both.

Common questions
How much does it cost to build a house in the Houston area?
Custom home construction in the Houston area generally runs from about $150 to $300 or more per square foot. Where you land depends on the level of customization, materials and finishes, site work, utilities and permitting. Our cost guide breaks it down.
How long does it take to build a custom home?
Most custom homes take 6 to 12 months once permits are approved and construction begins. Design, selections, financing and permitting happen before that clock starts, so plan on a few extra months up front.
Can I build a custom home if I already have plans?
Yes. Send us your architectural plans and we will review them for feasibility, code and site fit, then price the build so you know what they cost to construct as drawn.
Can I build a house on land I already own?
Yes. We evaluate your existing lot and look at site preparation, utilities, drainage, access, and permitting so you know what it will take to build there before you commit to plans.
