Kitchens & baths

Whole-home renovation
Reworking layout, structure and systems in an older house so it lives like something built today.
Additions
Room additions, primary suites, second stories and shop or garage additions, tied in properly.

Renovations punish shortcuts.
Working inside an existing house means what you cannot see, the foundation, the framing, the plumbing behind the wall, decides whether the finished job holds up. We open it up, check it, and fix what needs fixing before the pretty part goes on. That is the difference between a remodel that lasts and one that looks good for a year.
How we work →Common questions
Do you do kitchen and bath remodels, or only whole-home?
Both. We take on high-end kitchen and bath remodels on their own, and we do whole-home renovations and additions. What we are not is a quick cosmetic-flip crew, we build remodels to the same structural and finish standard as our new homes.
Can you add on to my existing house?
Yes. Room additions, second stories, primary-suite additions and garage or shop additions. We check the existing foundation, framing and roofline first, because tying new construction into an old house is where additions go wrong if the builder is careless.
Will a big renovation need permits?
Usually yes, anything structural, electrical, plumbing or an addition. We pull the permits and handle the inspections with the city, county or MUD, the same way we do on a new build.
How much does a renovation cost?
It depends on scope and finishes even more than a new build does, because we are working around what is already there. We give you a line-item number before we start. Our cost guide explains what drives the price.
